Product: Hose Crimping Machine

TIANJIN QIANTONGDA RUBBER PRODUCTS TRADING CO., LTD warrants this machine (including dies) against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

1. The electric part is limited to a period of ninety days from date of purchase.

2. The body and dies are limited to a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.

In the event of such defects within the warranty period, QTD will repair or replace at its option, without charge.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product, including the dies. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental or consequential damages whatsoever.

6.Note 

6.1 According the temperature to choose right hydraulic oil .In general in summer 46# ,In winter 32#.The oil temperature range is 15~60°C.

6.2 Hydraulic oil must be screening .The volume of oil can be 70% of tank .

6.3 Every six month should change the hydraulic oil ,the fist change at two month later.

6.4 Every six month should check the pressure gauge.

6.5 Out of work please switch off the power.

6.6 When you change dies please turn off machine.

6.7 Under the semi-automatic ,Please don't put hands in the crimping head.

6.8 Don't heat the machine with heavy things.
